Research Interest:
1. Modeling theoretically the large-scale stratigraphic effects of tectonics and sea level changes in fluvial systems
2. Working on problems that involve sediment transport, bedform mechanics, and any morphodynamic problem that includes the action and effects of different fluid flows, in diverse environments, particularly the geomorphological and geological impacts of fluvial systems. Preferentially (but not exclusive!) theoretical-analytical, experimentally-supported models of sediment dynamics.
