Group Resources For the Walking Tour

Note: Before downloading please read the next paragraph

The links that follow were designed with teachers and group leaders in mind. The first link is simply a slimmed-down, two page list of questions. This can be printed and distributed to tour group members to save paper. The second link is a slightly expanded (ten-page) version of a walking tour designed with students in mind. The text from the expanded tour can be read by the group leader or passed around to be read by different tour members at each stop. The questions correspond to information found in historical markers and signs you will encounter on the tour.. Both documents are Adobe Acrobat files. If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the link below to download it.

The questions for this tour can either be completed while actually visiting the falls or with the Elementary School Virtual Tour found on the Virtual Tour page. This PDF file contains pictures of the falls and text from the signs that will help students answer the questions.
